Prudence Ruzicka DePew is a driven and dedicated project manager who excels at working across disciplines to tailor themed entertainment design solutions that support and enhance the guest experience. With over 10 years as a project manager, she has overseen nearly every aspect of location-based entertainment and is ready to use that experience to bring something great to your project.

Prudence's strong sense of design stems from a family history of art designers, directors, and theatrical producers. Prudence was raised on a family-owned horse farm in upstate New York and competed internationally as an equestrian, including at the 2002 Junior Olympics. Prudence later worked as a flight instructor and commercial airline pilot. These experiences have fostered a unique mix of procedure, collaboration, competition, and discipline that shines through in all of her work.

Prudence has worked hand-in-hand with a variety of respected entertainment design firms throughout her career. With these partners, Prudence has progressed the design and delivery of projects across the globe for large studio parks, small branded visitor centers, and everything in between.

Currently, Prudence can be found working in and calling Los Angeles (Burbank) home.
